What Are Thermopore Blocks?
A thermopore block is a large rectangular block of expanded polystyrene (EPS), moulded from steam-expanded beads and stabilized for clean cutting. Blocks are the raw form: hot-wire or CNC cutting slices them into sheets of any thickness (½”–4″+), or into custom shapes for packaging. Densities from 12–30 kg/m³ cover everything from void-fill to structural insulation.
